Darrian Mikell is the Co-Founder and CEO of Qualifi, enterprise software built to accelerate high-volume hiring. Recruiters often struggle to connect with their best candidates due to slow, manual tasks that stand in the way. Qualifi makes it easier to screen, schedule, and interview the best candidates faster, ultimately leading to faster hires. Darrian graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Finance. Darrian was a two-sport athlete in basketball and track & field and was a national champion in the long jump. He is based in the Indianapolis area and is a dedicated husband and father of three.
